SANYO’s LCD line-up for 2008 offers a large selection of screen sizes ranging from 19in to 52in.

The 52in model (CE52FD86-B) boasts a high contrast ratio of 8000:1, brightness levels of 500cd/m2, a fast response time of 8ms and a wide 178 degree viewing angle.

Other features, which are also found on the next three sizes down (the 47, 42 and 37in), include 1080p resolution, a digital tuner, three HDMI inputs, two Scart sockets and PC input.

At the other end of the size spectrum, one of the 19in screens comes with a built-in DVD player. This is because many consumers now purchase TVs this size as a second set for the bedroom or kitchen, the company explained.
