TEAM UKI has developed a powerful steam pump iron, which is said to cut ironing time by half compared with traditional irons.

The pump system produces steady steam flow on demand using a detachable two-litre water tank, which means consumers can take the tank to the tap for refilling during use, unlike steam generators. Also, the tank’s anti-calc feature filters hard water so there is no need for regular descaling.

According to the company, the steam pump iron heats up very quickly and, once ready, users can choose from four different steam settings depending on the material of the garment.
